What is Eudaimonia Universe?
Eudaimonia Universe is a human science research and organizational transformation company based in Japan. We turn original research on values, emotions, cognition, meaning, and relationships into practical frameworks, diagnostics, and technologies that help organizations strengthen culture, leadership, decision-making, and meaningful work.
Our story
Eudaimonia Universe grew out of the practice of our founder, Takayuki Mizuno, in supporting organizations. Seeing the same conflicts recur in different forms, and organizations where stated purpose never translated into daily behavior, made clear the need to explain why: that need led to the formalization of Human OS and Conflictology.
We do not stop at research. We test it through implementation with organizations (Transform), and extend the tested methods through technology (Scale). We run this cycle as three divisions: Think Tank, Produce, and Asset.

Each of the three activities sustains the next.
Researches the relationship between human interiority and organizations, and builds reusable frameworks and methods.
Applies our research to organizational culture, leadership, decision-making, development, and business transformation. This is the point of contact for companies.
Turns methods tested in the field into diagnostics, programs, and products, so they can reach organizations we are not directly working with.

About the founder
Developed the research foundations of Eudaimonia Universe, including Human OS, Conflictology, and Ikigai Management. Works as a practitioner in organizational transformation and decision design, both supporting client organizations and building our own products.
