CRV

What is CRV?

CRV is Eudaimonia Universe's model for examining how an organization creates value and how that value is distributed across its stakeholders: employees, customers, partners, communities, and shareholders.

Executive Summary

Overview

Financial statements show how much a company earned. They do not show who received it. By making the destinations of created value visible, CRV lets long-term corporate value and human capital management be discussed on the same footing.

The organizational problem it addresses

Decisions pulled toward short-term financial indicators. Human capital disclosure disconnected from reality. Language for stakeholder value without any measure of it.

Structure

What it examines

  • Creation: how much new value the business activity generated in the period.
  • Redistribution: in what proportions that value reached employees, customers, partners, communities, and shareholders.
  • Value: how the structure of that distribution affects the capacity to create value in the next period.

Distribution is read not as an accounting allocation but as a statement of what the organization holds important. That reframing returns human capital management from a disclosure exercise to a matter of management design.

Background & Method

Development background and method

CRV was formalized from engagements with companies and from dialogue with investors. The starting point was a recurring observation: conventional financial indicators leave the structure of value distribution invisible, so discussion of human and social value stays qualitative. We estimate the distribution structure by combining public disclosures with internal data, and test the validity of the measures through dialogue with management.

Evidence status

CRV is a proprietary model developed by Eudaimonia Universe through practice. It is currently being evaluated and revised, and is not presented as peer-reviewed research or as a disclosure metric compliant with accounting standards. It is not a replacement for integrated reporting or human capital disclosure frameworks; it is a supplementary lens for management decisions.

Application

Organizational application

  • Designing for sustainable value: making the distribution structure visible and building management indicators that hold the long term and the short term together (Sustainable Value Creation).
  • Human capital management: connecting to real change rather than producing numbers for disclosure.
  • Investor dialogue: making a value-creation story that has been told qualitatively explicable as a structure.

Limitations

Estimates of distribution depend on the granularity of available data. Value delivered outside the company, such as benefits received by customers and communities, carries an especially wide estimation range and cannot be treated as a settled figure. The measures are instruments for dialogue, not a standalone ranking of performance.
